If you are going to use a traditional bank passbook savings account, we encourage you to consider a credit union. Credit unions are owned by their members and are more likely to meet your personal lending needs. Credit unions are safer than banks and they operate under different laws. Another to consider is return on premium because once the term is up, you get to receive all the money back to you, so it's kind of like a savings account. Nevertheless, life insurance is key and everyone needs a good policy.
